Terms of Use
Last updated: March 2026
This is the Shadowrocket User Guide · Official Manual. These terms apply to accessing this site, reading its guides, and using tutorial examples. App purchases and use are also subject to the applicable store terms and in-app license.
1. Content Scope and Service Boundaries
This site provides guidance on verifying the legitimate Shadowrocket app, getting started, importing information you already have, and configuring Settings. The guidance explains how to use the app; it does not guarantee results for any particular network environment, connection, or use case. The interface and available options may change, so check what the app currently displays as you follow the instructions.
Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app available exclusively on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Check the App Store listing for system requirements, device compatibility, pricing, and purchase terms; the information on this site does not replace what is shown at checkout.
A one-time app purchase does not include a network service subscription. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend proxy servers or subscription services. Instructions involving imported information assume you already have your own subscription or server details. Confirm access, validity, and service delivery directly with the relevant provider.
2. Lawful Use and Information Protection
When using this site or Shadowrocket, comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your activities, as well as applicable network, device, and service requirements. Do not use the app or this site's guidance for unlawful purposes or to violate anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
Make sure you have the right to use any information you import. Subscription URLs, credentials, configuration files, and Log may contain sensitive information and should not be shared publicly. Before reporting an issue, remove credentials and personally identifying information. Before changing Config, DNS, or rules, keep a copy of the original settings so you can restore them.
3. Availability and Limitation of Liability
The app is sold through the App Store. Purchases, payment, redownloads, and refunds are subject to the store's rules in effect at the time. This site does not handle transactions and cannot guarantee that the app will always be available to purchase, access, or update in every region, on every device, or with every account.
Site access and connection results may depend on device status, network conditions, configuration, and changes to external services. This site does not guarantee that its guidance will work in every environment or that the site will remain available. Before changing settings, consider the impact on existing connections and operations; do not replace important configurations without testing them first.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for unavailability, data loss, or related indirect losses resulting from site interruptions, misunderstandings of the guidance, configuration changes, or external service issues. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
4. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to the developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or their respective rights holders. This site uses the official app icon and interface labels to identify the product and explain its use. Reading this site does not grant permission to use the trademark, app, or other protected materials.
Original text and page content on this site are protected by law. When quoting them, credit the source and retain the context needed to avoid distorting the instructions or implying additional authorization. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder before copying, publishing, or commercially using protected content, unless the law provides otherwise.
5. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
These terms may be revised to reflect legal requirements, content updates, or changes to the scope of the service. Revisions will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Review the current terms before continuing to use the site. Changes requiring separate notice or consent under applicable law will be handled accordingly.
For help with an operation, first consult the relevant steps and troubleshooting guidance in the tutorial and options guide. When reporting an issue, include the relevant page, steps taken, and what happened. Do not include subscription credentials or other sensitive information.
